What is your return policy?
You can ask for a return within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and complete. Custom items, light bulbs, and three or more of the same product are excluded. You pay the return shipping.

You can change or cancel an order within 24 hours, before it ships. After it ships, it cannot be changed or canceled in the usual way.
